In the shop there are recorded hypnotherapy sessions to purchase. You also have the option to have a personalized audio made for you. Recorded sessions are not as powerful as 1 on 1 sessions, however they are great to assist in anchoring in new beliefs

Hypnotherapy is a deep relaxed state where your inner subconscious mind can come forward in order to release unhelpful and possibly harmful patterns.
You have the ability to connect the dots of why certain habits are stuck to you. You have the knowledge within you, but you may need help to find the root cause within your subconscious mind and that’s when a hypnotherapist can help you.

Hypnotherapy is a great option for you.
- Your mind holds the answers to why you operate the way you do
- On a regular day and in a regular state of mind, your brain may resist making changes to your habits, good or bad, because any type of change may feel unsafe. Your ego wants you to stay exactly how you are because change is different.
- You have two parts of your mind
- Your conscious mind, where you typically think
- It’s analytical, conscientious, thoughtful, stubborn to make change, picks everything apart in your day-to-day life, questions everything
- Your subconscious mind, where you need to relax your mind enough (through hypnotherapy) in order to bring this part of your mind forward
- Your conscious mind, where you typically think
- In hypnotherapy, I work in your subconscious mind
- This lets your conscious mind take a back seat
- It lets you think more freely, with less analyzing
- When following the subconscious mind, it takes you where you need to go in your thought patterns so you can release negative and unwanted habits
- And although both your conscious and subconscious parts of your mind may feel hesitant to change, it is a lot easier and quicker to get to the root cause of issues and make positive changes when working with your subconscious mind during hypnotherapy
- This happens because there is less analyzing when in your subconscious mind in comparison to your conscious mind
I bring you into a deep relaxed state with my voice and using ques, while you lay down comfortably, and then from there the subconscious mind does what it needs to do for you to reach your goals on how you want to feel and think.
I offer guidance on what we should talk about throughout your session, as well as how our conversation should flow in order for your subconscious mind to feel ready to release these unhelpful patterns. There is no script, these sessions (unless otherwise stated) are completely unique to you and your needs.
We get to the root cause and create a new relationship and perhaps perspective with it.
We create new beliefs for your subconscious mind to soak up so you can change show up in your life in ways you never thought possible.
When our session ends, I talk you through emotional wellness strategies you can do regularly in order to create more positive habits that stick.
You will leave the hypnotherapy session feeling clarity, understanding, relief, and release, with insight into how to train your brain to let new positive habits stick for good. You also, will be feeling a little tired and relaxed.

New Clients: You are required to commit to three sessions to start. This requirement is in place because I want you to commit to yourself. Hypnotherapy works, but it’s not a one-and-done deal.
We work together for 4-6 weeks, where we meet three times, plus you receive an audio recording to listen to.
I like to refer to these sessions as the 3 C’s:
1. Comfortable 2. Clarity 3. Creating Change
Session 1: Get Comfortable
- Session 1 is when you start feeling comfortable during hypnotherapy. You get comfortable with your emotions, being vulnerable, and gaining confidence to open up about anything that comes up throughout the session
- Session 1 has a lot of learning elements that you’ll get adjusted to
- The more comfortable you are with me and my voice the more you will get out of your sessions
- You’ll also receive a custom audio recording after our first session together that will help you get comfortable with my voice and allow you to start anchoring in positive beliefs.
Session 2: Gain Clarity
- Session 2 is when clarity tends to appear
- We get deeper and we typically find the root issue during this session You may be completely surprised to find it’s not what you think!
Session 3: Create Change
- Session 3 is where the clearing happens, where you can move forward releasing this issue
- You should feel closer to feeling and thinking in a way that serves you
Your first 3 sessions should be every other week. After your three sessions, you are welcome to continue receiving sessions to release additional fears or habits.
New Clients: I do not offer stand-alone sessions due to the need for extended time together in order to create real and lasting results.
Past Clients: You may schedule stand-alone sessions on an as-needed basis.
There are a couple exceptions for stand alone sessions. These are very specific sessions for an intended purpose and are not meant to replace the regular hypnotherapy sessions.

The nitty gritty on 1 on 1, group, and recorded sessions
1 on 1 sessions are 45-70 minutes long. They can be virtual or in person Sessions are not cookie cutter sessions and you are an active participant during sessions. Each client has different needs and I change things up to serve those needs in the most optimal way.
Sessions may include modalities like hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques and Inner Child work to clear blocks, limiting beliefs, form new perspectives and create a positive shift. We may work on boundary setting, goal forming and learn skills to manage stress and anxiety in real time. While this is a team project, I want to be clear that you are the one doing the work. I’m guiding you through the process. Be proud of yourself for caring for yourself. You are worth it!
Group sessions and recorded sessions are very similar to each other. You are not an active participant. Sessions are very general and very similar to a meditation except you are in a deep deep relaxed state that allows your inner mind to be open to what it’s hearing. These type of sessions are not for deep work. They are great for relaxing, regulating your Nervous System, anchoring in new positive beliefs and a great addition to therapy and/or 1 on 1 sessions.

Pregnant? I developed a package with you in mind! We will work work together to prepare you for your labor and birth as well as addressing any discomfort you are experiencing during pregnancy any apprehensions you may be having regarding postpartum.
I would like for you to commit to at least 3 sessions. Many clients come to me thinking it’s a one and done thing but that’s not a realistic expectation. Our first session is mostly us getting to know each other and what you want to gain from your sessions. The next two are where we dig deep and big shifts happen. So, allow yourself to give it 3 sessions and see what happens!
With a 1 on 1 session you work directly with me. Sessions are not cookie cutter sessions, they are completely custom to your needs. We use different modalities for your specific needs. Another benefit to 1 on 1 sessions is I can “poke the bear” so to say. When you do a self guided bundle, you may hold yourself back so you don’t feel uncomfortable things. When together, I can comfortably guide you to open up and release more.
Self Guided bundles are great. They are a great addition to your sessions with me, the work you do with a licensed therapist or to supplement your self healing journey.
They are! I just ask that you make your session at a time you won’t be interrupted. That’s the most important.
Your first 3 sessions should be pretty close together. Every other week is good. Anything is better than nothing.
Once you see the progress you want, come monthly or every two months to keep working towards your goals and/or to keep your Nervous System regulated.
I do not. It does not get to the root issue of why you started whatever habit you are trying to stop. In our sessions together, we get to the root of the issue so aversion therapy is not needed
