An all inclusive club that all of us need to be in!

I have worked with the Nervous System in various ways for the last 20+ years.  I’m excited to bring together all that knowledge and personal experience to offer an accessible Nervous System offering…….The Nervous System Club!     This club is perfect for the introvert because you don’t have to go anywhere or talk to anyone! Instead I drop into your email on the first Friday of the month with tools to support your Nervous System for the month!

Each email will contain:

• a hypnotherapy session, Emotional Freedom Techniques session or a blend of the two
• 4 journal prompts (1 for each week)
• an activity/exercise to support your Nervous System

You have the option of purchasing a single month (you will receive the month we are currently in), 3 months, 6 months or 12 months.

If you purchase before the 15th of the month you receive the current months email. If you purchase after the 16th, you will receive the following months email.  If you purchase a subscription, after the 15th it will begin the following month.
